Bisetti’s Ristorante is a charming restaurant situated in the middle of historic downtown Fort Collins.  Founders Bob and Anita Bisetti, dreamed of an Old World style restaurant, and opened Bisetti’s in 1979. Since then, their son Robert and his wife Heather have taken over the small, quaint restaurant that once sat only 50 guests and expanded it to the romantic restaurant we can enjoy today. Bisetti’s now accommodates up to 175 guests with a warm ambiance, exceptional staff, and incredible food.

The atmosphere at Bisetti’s Ristorante is as charming as Italy itself. The romantic and intimate space carries the spirit of Tuscany through the combination of exposed brick walls, beautiful murals of the Italian countryside, and the soft glow from chandelier lighting. Their menu is comprised of authentic Italian cuisine made from homemade recipes and high-quality ingredients. Their pastas and sauces are made daily from scratch, so you are guaranteed to have a fresh and delicious dish.

Popular appetizers, or Small Plates, include their Calamari Fritti, hand-breaded calamari served with homemade aioli and marinara, or their Antipasto, a combination of Italian meats and cheeses along with asparagus, roasted garlic, olives, peppers, and crostini. Their Eggplant Parmigiana, a classic Italian entrée, will surely not disappoint. Another popular entrée is Gnocci Navona served with asparagus, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, hazel dell mushrooms, feta, garlic, and butter. Their Harvest Squash Ravioli with a homemade sage cream sauce is a plate that is worth trying. Or for those who like it all, the Traditional Platter with a sampling of lasagna, manicotti, fettuccine alfredo, eggplant parmigiana, meatball or sausage is the perfect choice.

For dessert, indulge in their delectable Tiramisu, Crème Brule, or one of their incredible Cheesecakes. Their menu is perfectly complemented with an extensive wine list that includes a large selection of white and red wines, in addition to their drink menu featuring several unique cocktails.
